Guidelines Regarding the Pragmatic Strategic Thinking-Military Basil H. Liddel Hart

Abstract

The present article has as a purpose to describe the main elements that constitutes the intellec- tual contribution of the former officer and British journalist Basil Liddell Hart, regarding to the develo- pment and inclusion of the technological factors in the contemporary strategic thinking. Along this line, his early interest in the superiority of both armored and air resourses in the battlefield, not only awake the admiration and interest of being studied by his contemporaries but also he was put as an important reference in that discipline area until now.
