Abstract

The combat doctrine of the Chilean Army, highlights the importance of creativity under the tactical-operational “maneuver warfare paradigm.” Hence it might be convenient to understand this skill and to apply it throughout the decision making processes along the army carrier. This article remarks creativity according to combat doctrine, gives general characteristics related to this topic and provides tips to be included, within the organization educational processes.
