Public Policy to Promote the Culture of Defense in Spanish Universities: from its Definition to its Planning

Abstract

This article analyzes the key aspects of the launch of public policy to promote the so-called culture of defense, one of the most important defense policies developed by the Spanish Ministry of De- fense. Particularly, it studies the existing conditions and difficulties in order to generate collaboration and cooperation between the Spanish Armed Forces and the universities, as well as the public initiatives to boost these relationships. Finally, it further analyzes the planning tools produced for its implementation.
