Elements for Multilateral Foreign Policy on Disarmament and Arms Control from 2018

Abstract

The current essay developes some guidelines to advance the prohibition and elimination of all weapons of mass destruction –including nuclear weapons– and those conventional weapons proscribed by International Humanitarian Law.
