Abstract

Operational resilience is critical to the success of military forces in complex and changing environments. This article examines the key components and characteristics, influencing factors, the general background of the topic and institutional doctrine, strategies to improve resilience and some future challenges of operational resilience in complex environments, particularly in military contexts.
