Failure, an opportunity?

Abstract

Failure can be recognized as a tool that allows leaders to achieve long-term success; being an important source of learning and growth; the objective is to highlight the importance of failure on the road to success for leaders. It is argued that leaders must be prepared to experience failure and learn from their mistakes, in order to adjust their approach and improve their leadership.
