The application of hybrid conflict and its effects on mutable factors.

Abstract
The hybrid conflict is one of the latent threats in modern times and where a series of minimal factors converge, but associated with causing great problems, mainly to the civilian population, generating disorder, confusion, and distrust in state and private institutions, seeking in a transversal way the destabilization of these and thus generate havoc in the states, thus also affecting the economy and the neighborhood situation. The foregoing is intermingled with the information environment, whose domain is not declared and the actor who owns it obtains a substantial advantage. All the above leads the State to rethink or at least to study some kind of adaptation of their public policies, generating new challenges to overcome a silent, permanent threat that can cause great damage with little available means.
