Abstract

This paper provides a logical support regarding the need to establish, within the framework of the JIPOE / IPB (Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment/ Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield), the Most Likely and the Most Dangerous Enemy Course of Action, managing to conclude in synthesis that The difference between the two is related to a different logic to structure them, which allows establishing those “border conditions” within whose margins, the adversary will be able to develop options for the use of their capabilities and under this perspective, the intelligence system will have greater probabilities to reduce the uncertainty regarding the actual employment of the adversary.
