Strategic Speech in the Military Field

Abstract

The following article focuses in the analysis of the causes and consequences of the usage of strategy, as a model for the exercise of power, in the military field. The understanding of strategy and the isolated contexts’ characteristics becomes compulsory for its application. The conception of ideas that are used for the solution of a contextual problem characterizes strategy, which in a com- plex military field, marked by the uncertainty, requires a methodology oriented towards solution structuration.
