Block Operations. An Interpretational Tool Used to Visualize the Environment

Abstract

The following article proposes a flexible tool that delivers a generic assessment of a given envi- ronment in the context of operations other than war (MOOTW). In this type of operation, one often encounters a wide spectrum of threats and variables; to that end, this framework aims to facilitate one’s visualization in terms of the planning and training of national troops.
