Cooperation, Integration and Conflict

Abstract

In a world scene where there are high levels of uncertainty some say that cooperation and international integration are the main tools to avoid the conflict among different states. However in the previous statement the effects of phenomens like the development of national power, changes in the balance of power and the dilemma of security due to this changes are not considered. Thus this investi- gation intend to stablish wheter the risk of conflict does take place in the cooperatión and international integration.
